Job Description: The candidate must be able to understand customer requirements and provide a unique experience in demonstrating and creating the emotional need to buy a Royal Enfield.

Eligibility: Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience. Candidates from the Auto (Car)/Hospitality/Apparel/Telecommunication sectors would be preferred.

Designation: Rides & Community Executive Job Description: Should have a passion for riding should be able to create & manage the store's social media presence. Event management experience will be an added advantage. Eligibility: Graduate with 2 to 4 years' experience. Should preferably have participated in long distance rides on a Royal Enfield.

Designation: Web/Tele Sales Executive Job Description: Good communication skills to manage online/telephone enquiries: must have the ability to understand customer requirements and provide the required information. Eligibility: Diploma holder/Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in the Consumer Goods,'Relail/Banking/Insurance/ BPO industries.

Designation: Sales Manager

Job Description: The candidate should be able to manage a

front-end sales team; will be responsible for achieving store sales.

booking targets and assisting the Head of Sales in planning monthly, weekly and daily sales targets for the team.

Eligibility: Graduate/Post-Graduate with 6 years of experience in the auto (prefened)/AppareiyRetail/LuxuryRetail/Telecommuni-cations sectors with at least a year's experience in managing a team.

Designation: Gear Sales Executive

Job Description: The candidate must have the ability to

understand customer requirements, provide gear demonstrations

and suggest/pitch the right gear & accessories. The candidate will

be responsible for ensuring proper merchandise display of gear at

the store.

Eligibility: Graduate/Diploma holder with 2 years of experience

in the Apparel/Retail sectors.

Designation: Delivery Manager/Delivery Executive Job Description: The candidate must have the ability to manage the RTO/lnsurance requirements of the dealership. Must have good planning skills to effectively handle delivery schedules. based on the bookings received and the availability of stock, Eligibility: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate with 2 to 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years of experience in managing systems and operations in Auto Dealership/Retail/Logistics/ FMCG/any other products based industry.

Designation: Customer Relationship Manager

Job Description: The candidate must have the ability to deliver

the Royal Enfield experience to the customer. Must ensure

effective resolution of customer complaints and high

performance for the dealership on all customer satisfaction

scores. The candidate will also be required to track all customer

satisfaction processes in sales and service.

years of experience in CRM with a minimum of 2 years of
