Job Description
This person will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Staffing team and HRIS.
This person will also work with the team responsible for HR project and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Creating Employee toolkit and welcome pack
- Collecting new hire paperwork
- New Hire Onboarding
- Welcome gifts to employees
- Managing Employee file
- Tracking candidate information and status
- Administer Employee Benefits
- Employee relations
- Partner with HRBPs for effective implementation of policies
- Managing HR Operations email alias
- Liaise with HR shared services
- Liaise with external consultants to ensure Statutory Compliance by VMware India
