NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR : CCNA. MCSE. Network Engineers with experience & ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong technical background, efficient in troubleshooting, networks, hardware handling, MS Windows 2000/2003/MS Exchange Server/Storage Devices/Platform and CISCO Routers/Switches installations Should be able to conceptualize, design and implement networking projects. Should be an expert in the latest technologies m Systems/ Networking solutions including LAN, WAN, WiFi. Broadband connectivity, Wireless bridges. IP Telephony. Security. Firewall. Cluster/Blade Servers and video streaming. Candidate should preferably have a smart and presentable personality, excellent communication skills, relevant experience should be in the range of 5 to 10 years. DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MCA from reputed Institute with practical experience of 2-5 years on current versions of Microsoft SQL as a Systems Administrator. Will be responsible for the design and integrity of database structures in a multi-user environment. Must develop and enforce database standards and procedures; Analyze data and process requirements; Lead or participate in logical and physical database design; Review system and programming designs to ensure efficient use of database resources; and maintain control programs required for accessing a database; Must interface with management on production problems and database management issues; Monitor database performance statistics and recommend improvements; To provide backup DBA support for installing, upgrading and maintaining MS SOL Server environments and applications; To provide assistance in planning for capacity needs of upcoming system projects; To create and maintain SOL Objects for development, test and production environments; Analyze and resolve database and application issues affecting SOL Server environments; To plan, implement, test and document backup and recovery procedures. Experience with .NET. VB Script and other related tools. Age : 30-40 years. Remuneration will be based on qualification and experience.
