HE should be a MBA/PG in Marketing with 10-15 years of relevant experience, out of which 3-5 years as Profit-Centre Head in Surface Transport / Logistic Company. Key Result Areas would include developing and implementing Marketing Strategies and achieving Sales Targets as well as increasing customer base on All India basis.
HEAD - HUMAN RESOURCES (AVP/GM) SHE/HE should be a MBA/PG in HR having 10-15 years of relevant experience in a reputed organisation. Responsible for Manpower Planning,  Recruitment,  Training  & Development as well as Corporate Personnel functions. Remuneration will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
