Annual Compensation (All Inclusive) Compensation will not be a constraint for hiring competent and proven professionals Chief Operating Officer :   -' 45.00 lakhs* Head of Vertical             :   ? 38.00 lakhs* * 60% of the above compensation will be a fixed component and shall be paid on monthly basis equivalent to 1/12* of annual compensation AND 40% of the compensation will be a variable component and shall be payable on Quarter to Quarter basis based on the performance & profit earned. The above compensation is subject to deduction of taxes as applicable.
