S.P Jain Institute ot Management & Research is a constituent of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and is ranked among the top ten business schools of India. We run PGDM (2-year full time). PGPM (15-month full time), PGEMP (modular Executive MBA) & FMB (modular) programmes. All the programmes are accredited by AMBA. UK. Our PGDM and PGPM programmes are AICTE accredited.
For our expansion plans, we are looking (or (acuity at various levels in the following areas:
• Accounting & Finance
• Marketing
• Manufacturing & Operations
• Information Technology & Management
• Strategy
• Quantitative Methods
We welcome academicians with PhD and minimum 5 years experience in teaching, research or academic administration.
We also welcome senior corporate professionals with over 10 years of corporate experience, a passion for teaching and intellectual work. For strong candidates from industry with a passion for teaching and learning, a PhD is not mandatory. An interest in research and learning is mandatory.
The work environment at SPJIMR is challenging & highly demanding but rewarding. The remuneration package comprises of a fixed component (on par with IIMs) & a variable component through MDPs, consulting, research, etc. The gross package will range from Rs.15-35 lakhs pa. • In- house training on research and teaching from international faculty drawn from the best institutes in the world
• Opportunities to teach at international universities for deserving candidates
• Housing facility in Mumbai
• Research mentoring and financial support
