RECRUITMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY IN SMG/S-IV
BHARATIYA MAHILA BANK LTD.. the first women's Bank, fully owned by the Govt, of India and a Pan India Bank presently having -73- branches INVITES APPLICATIONS from eligible candidates for the position of Company Secretary in SMG/S-IV on full time basis for its Delhi office in the scale of pay 50030-1460/4-55870-1650/2-59170 with initial monthly emoluments including DA, HRA & CCA as approximately 75.000/- per month, in a Metropolian Centre. The eligibility criteria (as on 01.08.2015)for the said position is as below:-
Age : Min.-27yrs.8Max.-40yrs.
Educational Qualifications : Professionally qualified Company
Secretary having membership of ICSI with strong knowledge of Companies Ad, 2013, Banking Regulation Act, 1949 and RBI guidelines. Additional qualification of Chartered Accountancy or ILB shall be preferred. Work Experience : The candidate should have relevant post
qualification experience of not less than 7 years, preferably in a Financial Services Institution including NBFCs.
