Founded by Late Srimat Saumyendra Nath Brahmacharl. Acharya of Dev Sangha, in 2001 at Deoghar. DIPSER College of Education currently offers courses, leading to ETE. B.Ed &  M. Ed degree of the SKM University. Dumka. DIPSER College received accreditation from the NAAC, UGC and NCTE by virtue of its state-of-the art infrastructure and academic environment. OIPSER earned high reputation in Jharkhand due to brilliant academic results and   placement. The college invites applications to expand its faculty strength in following are as;
