Terms of appointment of Director
• 5 years (extendable) as Director and Professor (or Sr. Professor),
• After term as Director, he/she will continue till superannuation as Professor (or Sr. Professor),
• Attractive compensation/benefits includes pay in Professor or Sr. Professor scale and special monthly allowance, CPF, gratuity, car with Driver.
Terms of appointment of Deputy Director
• 3 years (extendable) as Deputy Director and Professor (or Sr. Professor),
• After term as Deputy Director, he/she will continue till superannuation as Professor (or Sr. Professor),
• Attractive compensation/benefits that includes pay in Professor or Sr. Professor scale and special monthly allowance, CPF, gratuity.
Min Qualification, Experience for Director and Deputy Director:
• PhD in any discipline of Sc, Engg., Pharmacy, Humanities or Social Sc, Management,
• 15 year post-PhD experience in academia/industry resulting in leadership in education, research (publications, guidance of PhD students, grants) and/or industry engagement,
• 3 year experience as Dean/HoD or equivalent in industry resulting in significant contributions to institution
