ADVERTISEMENT SEEKING APPOINTMENT FOR DISTRICT RESOURCE CENTRE FOR WOMEN (DRCW).
The Government of Bihar desires to establish the District Resource Centre for Women under Women Development Corporation, Bihar to assist, monitor and review all the State & Central Govt. Schemes related to women empowerment in the district. Centre is to be formed for liasoning of different Govt, line department with the aim of collection of Data and facilitation in women empowerment programmes in the district. Hence the Corporation invites applications for the following positions:-
DRC Coordinator (Two)
Requisite Qualification:-
I. Master's Degree in Social Work/ Economics/ Women Studies/ Law/ Governance/ Any other Related Field,
II. Minimum experience of 2 years of working on women's issues, with at least one years spent in managing and leading projects and teams,
III. Good knowledge of computers and ability to work in MS Office packages. Working knowledge of spread sheet and presentation packages.
IV. Excellent understanding and knowledge of women's issues and policies and programmes of the government, at the National and State level.
Desirable Qualification:-
• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques as well as conducting impact assessment studies and able to undertake extensive travelling.
Data Entry Operator cum Assistant
Requisite Qualification;-
I. Graduate in any discipline.
II. Typing speed of 30 wpm is essential.
III. Minimum work experience of 2 years. Desirable Qualification:-
• Diploma in Computer Applications
• Managing Computer systems hardware as DEO/Assistant
GENERAL CONDITIONS:-
• The positions are all contractual and would be renewed each year subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and continuity of the scheme.
