Bihar State Warehousing Corporation, Patna, invites application from suitable candidates for the under mentioned posts to be appointed on contractual basis:-

		(3) Typing speed of 40 wpm in English & 30 wpm in Hindi.

1. The recruitment will be on contract basis for a period of 1 year, which may be renewed for a year based on the performance & conduct of the contractual staff.staff.

2.  Reservation policy will be followed as per Government of Bihar.

3.  If educational qualification, experience certificate, age proof certificate, caste certificate etc. are found false/invalid or fake then not only their contract wil be terminated but criminal case will also be made against them. The consolidated pay and all allowances made during   such period to them shall   have to be reimbursed.

4.  The candidates recruited on contract basis will not be treated as Govt. employee. After the recruitment, they will not been entitled for the regular service in Corporation.

5.  Non-refundable Application fees is Rs. 500/- for applicants under general category and   Rs. 350/- for BC/EBC   candidates.

6.  Application will not be accepted without submission of Bank draft as fee.

7.  Bank draft (application fee) drawn on any nationalized bank and payable at Patna favouring "Bihar State Warehousing Corporation" must be attached along with application.

8.  Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. All original educational certificates must be carried at the time of interview.

9.Application in the prescribed format and complete in all respect must be sent to The In-charge Establishment, Bihar State Warehousing Corporation, B-2,1st floor, Maurya Lok, Patna along with duly signed Bio-Data, Bank draft self attested photocopies of certificates (Educational, Age{10th),Experience, Caste {if required}etc. and other testimonials in sealed envelope, only through speed/registered post so as to reach on or before 5:00 pm, 15/7/13 .The name of the post applied for must be mentioned on the top of the envelope.

10.   Application received in other than the prescribed format/mode or incomplete in any respect or without the demand draft will summarily be rejected. Any disputes will be subject to the Patna Jurisdiction only.

11.   No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview for any position.

12.   BSWC, Patna   reserves the right to cancel any or all the positions mentioned above without assigning any reason.

13.   * Relaxation of age for EBC-2 Years and relaxation for candidates working/worked in BSWC as per rule.
