APPOINTMENT Bihar State AIDS Control Society invites application for the following vacant posts in the prescribed format only from those who have the requisite qualifications and experience as given below.

02	Epidemiologist	1	Rs. 50,000	Contractual	(a)MBBS with PG Degree/diploma in Community Medicine/PSM/ Public Health. (b) Minimum 5 years experience as on 01.03.13
03	Dy. Director (ICTC)	1	Rs. 23,000-35,000	Contractual	(a)              MBBS with MPH or MBA or MHA. (b)       Minimum 5 years experience as on 01.03.13 Desirable:  MD in  PSM  with  experience in  public health/O&G/TB and in other national programmes.

11	Stat. Asstt/Computer Programmer	1	Rs. 5500-9000	Deputation	Graduate with Statistics/Maths and experience in similar position in State/Central Govt. Proficiency with computers, MS Office.

13	Procurement Assistant	2	Rs. 11500-17500	Contractual	·     B Com with 5 years experience as on 01.03.13 ·     Computer Literate
14	Computer Literate Steno	3	Rs. 11500-17500	Contractual	Graduate    with    computer    literacy,    skill    in stenography 80/30 wpm.
15	M & E Assistant (DAPCU)	1	Rs. 9200-12000	Contractual	Graduate with computer knowledge Writing and Reading skill  in  English  and  Hindi (or local language) is compulsory.

Targeted Intervention (TI),    DISTRICT AIDS PREVENTION AND CONTROL UNITS (DAPCU), Integrated Counselling and Testing Centres (ICTC), Monitoring & Evaluation (M & E).

Deputation Post: - As per Govt. rules. General Instructions:-

1. The Advt. No., serial number and the name of the post applied for must be clearly mentioned on top of the envelope, otherwise the application will be rejected.

2.       Applications in prescribed format with attested photocopy of certificate & experience must be sent through Registered / Speed post only addressed to the Project Director, Bihar State AIDS Control Society, State Institute of Health & Family Welfare Building, Sheikhpura, Patna-800014 on or before 10/04/2013 by 5.00 PM.

3.       Prescribed format also can be downloaded from website (http://www.bsacs.org) or the same can also be obtained directly from BSACS Office.

4.       All columns are to be filled in. If no information is to be given, please mention ‘NA’. Any unfilled column will be understood as ‘nothing to say’. Experience, should include ‘pay drawn’ and ‘Employer’.

5.       All applications include a ‘declaration’ which should be signed by the applicant. In case you fail to do so, the application will be rejected.

6.       Maximum age limit of 62 years should not exceed as on 31.03.13 for Contractual posts

7.       The originals of relevant qualifications and experiences shall be produced at the time of interview (experience after completion of Basic Degree shall only be considered).

8.       The Society reserves the right to reject any application or cancel any position advertised without assigning any reason. Decision of the Society shall be final.

9.       For deputation posts, person working in Govt. Department or Govt. Undertaking must send their application in the prescribed format through proper channel, with a "No objection certificate of their employer" to the effect that they will be relieved for deputation if selected. It is noted that they will draw the pay and allowance as applicable in their parent department plus deputation allowances as per govt. rule.
