1.       Interested Applicants may apply in the prescribed application form giving full details of age, qualifications and experience (no. of years) alongwith attested copies of requisite certificates, one coloured passport size photograph affixed on the application form and two self-addressed envelopes. Applicant may download prescribed application form at www.risl.rajasthan.gov.in.
2.       Applications submitted in any other format except format prescribed by the Company will not be accepted.
3.       Applicants shall fill all the required details in the application form and no field in the form shall be left unfilled. Before sending the application form to RISL Office applicant shall ensure that the form is complete in all respect and applicant fulfill all the terms & conditions for the post applied for. Incomplete Form shall be rejected and applicant shall be liable for the same.
4.    Applicants who have earlier applied for the posts of Manager (Technical) and Assistant Manager (Technical) in response to the advertisement no. F1.9(01)/RISL/Misc/10 dated 11.04.2011 need not to apply again and their application submitted earlier will be considered.
5.       The applicants already serving in Govt., Govt, undertakings or such other Organizations shall have to submit No-Objection Certificate from the competent Authority of their Employer along-with the Application Form.

6.    The Applicant shall send duly filled application form alongwith all requisite documents in a sealed
envelope addressed to "The Managing Director, RajCOMP Info Services Ltd., C-Block, 1st Floor,
Yojana Bhawan, Tilak Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur-302005". A crossed demand draft (it is not required
in case of SC/ST/SBC/OBC-non-creamy layer/Disabled applicants) of Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of
RajCOMP Info Services Limited shall be enclosed with the application.
7.    The application form should be sent either by Registered /Speed post or be submitted in person
.   in the office of RajCOMP Info Services Limited (during office hours) after obtaining a receipt of
the same.
8.       The last date for submission of application shall be 11th February, 2013 (Monday) at 6.00 pm and application received after last date shall not be considered in any case. RISL will not be responsible for any postal delay and application lost by postal agency.
9.       The relaxation in upper age limit and reservation shall be applicable as per prevailing orders, rules and guidelines of the Government of Rajasthan.
10.  Process of recruitment for aforementioned posts such as date of written examination/interview etc. will be intimated separately.
11.  Successful candidates shall be appointed as a probationer trainee for a period of two years and shall be entitled to a fixed remuneration during the probation period of two years in accordance with the guidelines and orders issued by Government of Rajasthan.
12.  After successful completion of probation period, the candidates shall be allowed regular pay-scale of the post with pay and allowances as prescribed by the Company.
13.  Disqualifications for Appointment will be based on following (but not limited to):-
a.    No male/female candidate who has more than one wife/husband living shall be eligible for
appointment to the service unless the company, after being satisfied that there are special
grounds permissible under the law for doing so, exempt any candidate from operation of this
rule.
b.   No female candidate who is married to a person having already a wife living shall be eligible
for appointment to the service unless the Appointing Authority in consultation with the
Competent Authority, after being satisfied that there are special grounds for doing so,
exempt any female candidate from the operation of this rule.
c.    No married candidate shall be eligible for appointment to the service if he/she had, at the
time of marriage or at any time there-after, accepted any dowry.
d.   No candidate shall be eligible for appointment to the service who has more than two
children on or after 01.06.2002.
Provided that the candidate having more than two children shall not be deemed to be
disqualified for appointment so long as the number of children he/she had on 31st May,
2002, does not increase.
Provided further that where a candidate has only one child from earlier delivery but more
than one child are born out of a single subsequent delivery, the children so born shall be
deemed to be one entity while counting that total number of children.
Provided also that this sub-rule shall not be applicable to the appointment of a widow under
the provisions of any other rules framed/adopted by the company for this purpose.
