Responsibilities:
- Support programmes in various agro-ecological regions to demonstrate comprehensive measures of enhancing soil fertility
- Establish and oversee a monitoring and evaluation protocol
- Derive policy recommendations on appropriate incentives and support systems
- Support partners in scaling up programmes around the theme
- Help conceive systems, identify innovations and analyse situations

Experience and skills:
- Graduate in agriculture and relevant experience of 2-3 years

Coordinator (Seeds) – CIKS, Chennai
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support initiatives pertaining to seeds systems and document initiatives
- Review existing literature and policy documents
- Articulate lessons and recommendations from studies and field work on seeds and related issues
- Correspond and coordinate with the RRA Network core group and stakeholders
- Write research reports, guide and train field teams
Experience and skills:
- Graduate in agriculture (preferably plant breeding/agronomy) or other sciences
- Relevant experience of at least 3-5 years
- Specific experience of research and analysis in seeds/ sustainable agriculture
- Familiar with writing reports, documents, policy making and advocacy
- Strong analytical skills and computer knowledge
- Excellent written and spoken English skills

Research Associate (Seeds) – CIKS, Chennai
Responsibilities:
- Support organisations working on the ground to establish seed systems
- Prepare reports, MIS and regular updates on pilot initiatives
- Conduct field visits
Experience and skills:
- Graduate in agriculture
- Relevant experience of 2-3 years in seeds or related areas
Research Associate (Inland Fisheries) – WASSAN, Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Support partners in field action and research to develop fisheries programmes
- Write programme and field reports and document community-based initiatives in inland fisheries
- Organise workshops and take care of programme logistics
- Build links with technical institutes, government departments and resource centres
- Write research reports and guide and train field teams
Experience and skills:
- Graduate in Sciences/ Fisheries Sciences
- Relevant experience of 2-3 years in implementing programmes relating to fisheries, livelihoods, watershed or agriculture

- Strong communication, inter-personal and basic computer skills

Research Associate (Livestock) - WASSAN, Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Support RRA partners in developing livestock-related programmes
- Design and develop programmes, generate data, write reports and maintain and MIS
- Write research reports and guide and train field teams
Experience and skills:
- Relevant experience of at least 2-3 years
- Graduate in Animal/Veterinary Sciences, or
- Graduate in Agriculture with specific experience in livestock issues

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pilots around the theme of water in 4-5 locations
- Anchor the pilots through water node
Experience and skills:
- Graduate in Natural Sciences/ Social sciences/ Agriculture/ Economics/ Agriculture Engineering/ Environmental Sciences
- Relevant experience of 3-5 years
- Specific experience of conducting/ monitoring field experiments

Manager – Accounts
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare overall budget and maintain books of accounts and vouchers
- Ensure funds are disbursed according to regulations, internal control and quality control
- Support procurement of funds
- Coordinate financial management and prepare TORs
- Prepare and compile financial statements periodically
Experience and skills:
- Graduate in commerce with inter-qualified CA/ ICWA
- Relevant experience of 2-3 years

- All positions will require extensive travel.
