(GSPL), a GSPC Group Company is promoted by Gujarat Government having the mandate of laying the high pressure crosscountry pipeline across the State of Gujarat GSPL was incorporated with the primary objective to ensure a systematic development of gas transmission infrastructure and has successfully created a Gas Grid of approximately 2600 kms in Gujarat. GSPL has now gone PAN India through its JV companies - GIGL and GITL. It has a PAN India Grid of 4256 kms spanning eight states across India. It has also ventured into CGD in a big way through its subsidiary Gujarat Gas Ltd. (GGL). GGL is the largest City Gas Distribution Company in the country. GSPC Group is actively engaged in E&R Natural Gas Trading, Transmission and Distribution of Gas, Power Generation, Research and Development. Qualification: Post Graduate in Management (MBA/PGDBWPGDM)/Master degree in Commerce / Graduation with Professional Qualification (CA) - Full time course from a Recognized/AICTE approved Indian University/ Institute.
Age: Minimum 41 /45 years and Maximum 55 years
Work Experience: Minimum 21 /25 years in handling Finance & Accounts related matters. For General Manager, the person should have worked atleast for 3 years as Head of the Department or Chief Financial Officer, of a company with a turnover of atleast 1000 crores in a listed company. He should have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of financial management, corporate financial laws and risk management practices. He should also have the capability of planning an effective financial strategy for the organization and should have knowledge of SAP.
