We are the largest manufacturers of aluminium extrusions in the country with annual production capacity of 100000 tonnes having 1/3 share in the domestic market We are looking for a dynamic and painstaking person for the following position at our Bangalore plant
The incumbent will be responsible for managing all shop floor activities of aluminium extrusion plant comprising of various departments such as Production, Foundry, Toolshop, Maintenance, Quality, Development etc in proper coordination with HODS for efficient running of the plant. The candidate should be a first class Mechanical/Metallurgical engineer with 15 - 20 years experience in all shop floor activities in a reputed engineering industry with at least lOyearsas Head of the Plant Operations. He should be a hard task master, aggressive, strict and action taking on erring employees. Preference will be given to those having experience in aluminium extrusion industry.
