Patna Police have fined 1372 bike riders for not following the double helmet rules on September 19, 2016. According to new rules imposed from September 19, 2016, helmet has become mandatory for pinion riders in Bihar. Police can now impose fine up to Rs 600 for not wearing helmet on the pinion rider.
