HOME LOAN COUNSELLORS REQUIRED - HLCs
Required HLCs for Branches located in Worli, Dadar, Bandra, Santacruz, Vile Parle, Andheri, Goregaon, Malad & Kandivali areas for canvassing Home Loan product of our Bank. Applicant (Local Individual Resident) knowing Marathi, Hindi & English and having experience as Insurance agents / PPF/NSC agents / Real Estate brokers/ Government approved Valuers and CAs would be preferred. HLCs will NOT be on the payroll of the Bank. HLCs would be paid commission on each Home Loan proposal sourced by them which is sanctioned @ 0.25% / 0.35% subject to a cap of Rs. 1,25,000/- as per conditions laid down by the Bank subject to review from time to time. The appointment of HLCs & discontinuation of their services will be at the sole discretion of the Bank. Minimum expected Home Loan sourcing is Rs. 2.00 Cr per month. Interested persons may submit their Bio-data along with passport size photo within 10 days. Please superscribe the envelopes as "Application for HLCs" and submit at the above mentioned address.
