Bihar Urban
Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (BUIDCo) is a flagship company of
Govt. of Bihar: established to implement and accelerate Urban Infrastructure
projects in the state of Bihar. At present BUIDCo is executing 30 big
projects in the state and many others are in the pipeline. The projects
include Solid Waste Management, Water Supply, Drainage Network, Sewerage and
Sewage Treatment, Urban Beautification work, Roads & Housing etc. BUIDCo
is also the nodal agency for executing JNNURM, UIDSSMT, NGRBA projects in the
state of Bihar. Our mission is to become an organization of excellence resembling
the revolutionary development of Bihar in such a manner that urban landscape
of Bihar can become a role model.

General Instructuction
:-
1. The name of the post applied for must be written on the

The candidates
having experience of the projects sponsered by State/Central Govt. will be
preferred.
4.
The Candidates
will not be allowed to work any where after the recruitment in Bihar Urban
Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. Patna.
5.
The period of
contract will be of one (01) year which may be extended further.
6.
Maximum allowances
are included in emoulments.
7.
The candidates
working in Govt./Semi Govt. sector should route there application through
proper channel.

The application form should contain two photographs, attested copies of
qualification/experience certificates, age proof certificate, Two self
addressed envelope (25 X 10 cm) on which Rs. 25-25 postage stamps should be
pasted. The application form should be sent in specified format at the address

10. Completed application should be sent through
registered/speed post only.
11. Incomplete application or application without proper
date/qualification/experience certificate or without attestation will not be
considered.
12.
BUIDCo reserves the right to accept or reject the application without
any information and the selection process may be cancelled in case of special circumstances. The final decision rests with the
Managing Director, BUIDCo.
13. The specified essential qualification is the minimum
and it does not mean that all candidates having the minimum qualification will
be shortlisted.
14. The candidates having higher qualification and
experience in similar field will be prerfered.
15.
If education qualification, experience certificate, age proof
certificate, residential certificate, cast certififace etc. are found
false/invalid or fake then not only their
contract will be terminated but criminal case will also be made against them.
The consolidated pay and all allowances made during such period against them
will be reimbursed.
16.
The candidates recruited on contract basis will not be treated as Govt.
employee. After the recruitment they will not be entitled for the
regularization of service.
17. BUIDCo reserves the right to shortlist candidates for
interview.
18. Any disputes will be subject to the Patna Jurisdiction
only.
