Jindal Aluminium Ltd. are a 45 yea's old Company with an annual turnover of more than Rs.2200 crores. We are the largest manufacturers of aluminium extrusions in the country with annual production capacity of 100000 tonnes having 1/3 share in the domestic market. We also manufacture aluminium rolled products with annual production capacity of 40.000 tonnes. We are looking for dynamic and painstaking persons for the following positions at our Bangalore plant.
VICE PRESIDENT (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)
The incumbent will be responsible for handling entire domestic marketing as well as exports of company's products i.e. aluminium extrusions and rolled products. He should be a Graduate/MBA, aged around 40 years and should have 15 - 20 years experience in industrial marketing as well as international marketing in a medium size company and must have worked for at least 5 years as head of the marketing department. Candidates must have excellent communication skill and should be aggressive to face competition. Candidates having experience in aluminium extrusion industry shall be given preference.
PLANT HEAD
The incumbent will be responsible for entire shop floor activities of aluminium extrusion plant having various departments such as Production. Foundry. Toolshop, Maintenance. Quality. Development etc. He will be fully responsible for entire shop floor administration and coordination among all HODs for efficient running of the plant having production capacity of about 100000 tonnes p.a. The candidate should be a Mechanical /Metallurgical engineer and should have 15 - 20 years in an engineering industry and should be aged around 40 years. He should be a hard task master, strict and action taking and must be result oriented. Candidate having experience in aluminium extrusion industry shall be given preference.
