New Delhi, India seeks to recruit a dynamic professional as Accredited Procurement Specialist (PS) for the Governance Global Practice to lead and supervise the procurement reforms/capacity building and fiduciary work programs in India The candidate will be offered a 3-year renewable term appointment. The candidate should hold a Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering. Law. Procurement, Business. Commerce or similar) and minimum 5 years of experience in handling complex procurement in Public or private sector. Strong IT skills and experience with application of IT tools will be highly desirable. The position requires a motivated professional with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
