RFP for appointment of Transaction Advisor for PPP Projects in Bihar

Infrastructure Development Authority has been established by the Govt, of Bihar under the Bihar State Infrastructure Development Enabling Act2006 to provide for the rapid development of physical and social Infrastructure and to attract private sector participation in Infrastructure Projects of the State through Public Private Partnership Mode.

IDA invites proposals from competent and eligible Firms / Organizations for providing Transaction Advisory Services to the Authority. The details regarding the objective, scope of work and deliverables, selection process and instructions to applicants are contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document along with other terms and conditions as set out in the Draft Agreement can be downloaded from the website of the Authority (www. idab i har.com) fro m 06.04.2016 to 10.05.2016 for which a non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000 /- towards document fees in the form of Demand Draft from a scheduled bank drawn in favour of "Infrastructure Development Authority" and payable at Patna shall have to be deposited at the time of submission of proposal.

A pre-bid meeting shall be held at the Conference Hall of IDA on 18.04.2016 at 11:00 AM. Interested applicants can mail their queries upto 19.04.2016. The proposal shall be addressed to the Managing Director, Infrastructure Development Authority at the address mentioned above on or before 10.05.2016 latest by 3:00 PM and the Technical Bids shall be opened on the same day at 4:00 PM.

IDA reserves the right to modify the RFP, extend or modify the dates or cancel the entire bidding process at its sole discretion without assigning any reasons thereof. Proposals received after the due date shall not be opened and returned back unopened.
