GSPL India Transco Limited (GITL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle promoted by GSPL along with IOCL. BPCL and HPCL for the purpose ot implementation o! cross country pipeline spanning over 1700 km passing through Mallavaram - Bhopal - Bhifwara - Vijaipur. To facilitate the pan India network expansion plan, GITL seeks to employ a team of self-driven professionals with proven caoaoilibes to man the key positions.
1. Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager(HSE)-1 Position

Qualification: BE. 'B.Tech(HSE'Flre)'M.Tech(HSE)fromarecognized/AICTE approved Indian University/Institute.
Age: Minimum 33 years and maximum 45 years.
Experience: Minimum 13 years of total experience out of which minimum 5 years in the Oil and Gas sector in implementing HSE activities of the Company covering
the whole project, experience in Environmental and Safety Audits, job analysis, HSE management system development and should be well conversant with
occupational health issues in accordance to OHSAS18001-2007. statutory compliances. Preparation of ERP/DMP for a new cross country pipelines. Experience in
handling critical safety aspects on cross-country natural gas pipelines would be preferred. Should have experience in working with EPCs. Pipeline Operators etc and
ensure highest safety standards are maintained <n the Company.
2. Senior Manager/ Assistant General Manager (ROU) • 1 Position

Experience: Minimum 13 years of total experience out of which minimum 5 years in the Oil and Gas sector in handling tNrd«partyconsultantsor Pipeline operators for undertaking primary and secondary survey for various pipeline projects, undertake necessary activities for acquiring the Right of Use (RoU) and Right of Way (RoW) and land acquisition as requ*ed along the finafczed pipeline route, maintainwg and upkeep of all records and documents related to RoU / RoW permission and land acquisition details of the Company, able to deal with various statutory aulhoribes for finaiization of agreements, terms and conditions for crossings hke SH'NH, Railways. Canals, forests, wM He etc. Shall have good understanding on acquiring RoU as per PMP Act and acquainted with statutory procedures and timelines required for getting all required clearances Sound experience is required in handling with farmers and local authorities in order tohave smooth executionat site.
3. Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager (Design & Engineering/Process)-2 Positions JobCode:TLDE16

Experience: Minimum 7 years of total experience out of which minimum 3 years in design of natural gas pipelines:
• Design & Engineering: Developing technical feasibility studies, seleclion of various design options considering the size of the project selection of materials based on the quality of gas. Determining the total cost of pipeline based on the techno commercial feasible route, create conceptual design, technical specifications and outline functional specifications for construction. Should be aware of all technical codes & standards applicable to natural gas pipeline industry, ability to communicate and coordinate with engineering consultants for ensuring the design basis is in line with at codes & standards. Aware of all statutory clearances required including PNGRB compliance for setting up of natural gas pipelines, coordinate with the Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Ihe EPC Contractors on a regular basis to ensure compliance with the functional' technical specifications, computer based software application smulabons. stress analysis, calculations of wall thickness for the pipeline and crossings is essential. Able to read and understand drawings like P&ID's.GA'sand Isometric
• Process Engineering: To provide Inputs for process design document, development of pipeline specifications and data sheets at conceptual stage. Simulation studies for sizing, based upon the estimated volume, metering stations and PRS / safety devices. Developing P&ID's. process parameters, safety systems and required instrumentation. Capacity determination of the protect in line with regulations. Review, analyse and provide necessary technical inputs during detail engineering for pipeline schematic, process How diagram, process and instrumentabon diagrams, process data sheets, inslrumeni process data sheet, line schedules, layouts and review the documents to ensure that they comply with relevant standards and regulations. Prepare basic engineering documents, venting calculations, process design basis, process description, process control philosophy, cause and effect diagram, pre-commissioning and commissioning manuals. Shall carry out H AZOP studies for pipeline and metering facilities, technical audits and ensure overall safety systems are put in place as per local regulations.
