ESCI is an autonomous organ of The Institution of Engineers (India) which
is a premier professional body of engineers and technologists with vast

r ROLE: Director is the academic as well as the administrative head of
ESCI and is expected to have proven administrative capabilities, with
excellent academic and research background with leadership qualities.

> ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
A) Post Graduate degree in Engineering and /or Technology, preferably
with additional qualifications in Management and Ph D. 8) Publications in National, International peer review journals.
C) Minimum 20 years of experience out of which 5 years as Head of an Academic Institute of National Importance or in very senior position in R&D establishments, PSUs and Government Organizations.
D) Experience of conducting focused training programmes leading to skill development and certification.
*■ EMOLUMENTS: CTC: ?18 lakhs per annum. (Negotiable in exceptional cases)
> AGE: Preferably below 58 years of age.
