D Y Patil group known (or their dominance in Education sector has recently ventured with "The Sayaji Group". They require a "General Manager" for their new 5 Star Hotel "The Sayaji" at Kolhapur. This 115 key hotel, with 5 F & 8 outlets & 40000 sqft banquet is managed by the Sayaji Hotel Ltd.
The General Manager will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Hotel which include elite guest services, hmng, marketing, forecasting, budgets, rate strategy, property maintenance, promotional events, team motivation and working on the E8IDA.
Qualification & Eligibility: A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager or Director of Operations.
Recent experience in a 4 to 5 star hotel
