Notice regarding publication of Final Valuation List
in respect of Land and Buildings under
Pujali Municipality

Notice is hereby given under Section 11 of the West Bengal Valuation Board Act, 1978 (West Bengal Act LVII of 1978) that the Final Valuation fist in respect of land and buildings within Pujali Municipality area in the district of South 24 Parganas has been duly prepared. The annual valuation of holdings entered in the Final Valuation List becomes operative with effect from the 1st January 2015 as required under sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the West Bengal Valuation Board Act, 1978 and shall remain in force for a period of five years.
The said valuation list may be inspected at Pujali Municipality Office or at the office of West Bengal Valuation Board on any working day between 11 -30 A.M. and 4-00 P.M. indeed.
