State Society for Ultra Poor and Social Welfare (SSUPSW) has been working to protect and promote the rights of women, children, older persons, persons with disabilities, ultra poor and beggars by ensuring their care, protection, development, socio-economic and cultural empowerment through enabling policies and programmes.

SSUPSW, Dept. of Social Welfare, Govt, of Bihar invite applications from committed professionals for the following posts:

1.   Dy. CEO-Ol(UR)

2.   Procurement Specialist - 01 (UR)

3.   State Programme Manager - Monitoring & Evaluation - 01 (UR)

4.   Programme Manager-Monitoring & Evaluation-01 (UR)

5.   Programme Manager - Persons with Disabilities - 01 (UR)

CEO	Masters   in   Business   Administration/ Management      OR      Post      Graduate Degree/Diploma in Social Work/ Rural Development or equivalent degree with specialization    in    Public    Policy    and Governance     from     any     recognized University/Institution in India or abroad with at least 10 years post qualification experience in managing & implementing large-scale State level social development government/bilateral programs, leading teams of professionals at multiple levels. Preference would be given to applicants well     versed     in     the     procedural requirements of World Bank and DFID funded projects.	01 (UR)	55	75,000 - 90,000	Should    have    experience    of    managing    & implementing   large   scale   State   Level   Social Welfare interventions / programmes for at least 03 years. Should have worked with and lead teams of professionals at multiple levels.
02	Procurement Specialist	M.Com   OR   Post   Graduate   Degree/ Diploma       in       Management       with specialization in Finance with at least 4 years   OR   CA   with   2   years’   post qualification experience in procurement related   process   of   similar   programs, negotiating and managing contracts with vendors	01 (UR)	55	50,000 - 70,000	Under the overall supervision and guidance of the CEO, Dy. CEO and the Sr. Admn. Officer, the Procurement Specialist will be responsible for all activities pertaining to procurement of Goods and services  for  the  State  Society  in  accordance relevant procurement guidelines and rules.
03	SPM – Monitoring & Evaluation	Post     Graduate     Degree     in     Social Science/Social Work/MBA/Other related subjects.    At    least    08    years    post qualification experience, of which at least 2 years at a State Level Position. Sound experience        of        designing        and implementing. Monitoring and Evaluation activities of a large scale programme	01 (UR)	55	50,000 - 70,000	Under the overall supervision and guidance of the CEO and Dy. CEO, the State Programme Manager will be responsible for all activities of the State Society pertaining to Monitoring & Evaluation including : - Planning, development and implementation of M&E strategy and plan for programmes and services for  older persons and  persons with

		across multiple level.				disabilities; - Development of tools and techniques for monitoring and reporting; - Coordination & Supervision of assessments and reviews for setting up a comprehensive Management Information System. Conduct internal evaluation and facilitate third party evaluation, among others.
04	PM – Monitoring & Evaluation	Post     Graduate     Degree     in     Social Science/Social Work/MBA/Other related subjects.    At    least    04    years    post qualification experience, of which at least 2 years at a State Level Position. Sound experience        of        designing        and implementing. Monitoring and Evaluation activities of a large scale programme across multiple level.	01 (UR)	55	37,500 - 50,000	Under the overall supervision and guidance of the CEO, Dy. CEO and the concerned SPM, the Programme Manager will be responsible for assisting in all activities pertaining to monitoring & evaluation including development of tools and techniques for improving monitoring and reporting as well as coordinating internal and third party evaluations, among others.
05	PM - Services for Person with Disabilities services	MBBS / 2 Year Post Graduate / Master Degree     in     disability     Rehabilitation Administration/Social Work in Disability Studies/Social    Work    /    Development Studies / LSW / Rural Development / MBA from  a  recognized  Institute/University with at least 04 years post qualification experience   in   the   areas   relating   to services   for   persons   with   disabilities particularly on policies and interventions concerning care, Support & rehabilitation &   Social   protection   services   leading district / field teams in planning and guiding interventions.	01 (UR)	55	37,500 -50,000	Under the overall supervision and guidance of CEO, Project Director, Deputy CEO, State Program Manager. The PM-PWD will be responsible for assisting all the activities of SSUPSW pertaining to programmes & services for Persons with disabilities including planning & development, implementation and supervision of programmes/schemes for person with disabilities; Develop and implement strategies for community based rehabilitation (CBR) for persons with disabilities and other innovative practices; develop and implement standards of care for all relevant institutional care services for persons with disabilities.
