Contracts Managers/Contracts Engineers
Graduate Engineers with 8-20 years ol experience in handling Contract Administration, pertaining to large integrated MEP projects viz. airports, hospitals, hotels, residential & commercial complexes. Candidates should have experience in contract administration functions including contract preparation, post-award implementation of construction contracts, claims management extension of time and variation settlement including closing out of contracts. The candidates should demonstrate their core competence and elaborate any special assignment on resolving dispute / claims and should be well versed in FIDIC conditions of contract and fluent in written & communication skills.
Sr Project Manager/Project Manager
Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineers with 20-25 years of hands on experience in project management and execution of large integrated MEP project Viz. airport, hotel, hospital, residential and commercial complexes. Should have the ability to effectively interact with international consultants & manage multi-disciplinary team of engineers and all aspects of project construction e.g. planning, design and material coordination, site construction, correspondence and contracts administration.
QS Manager/ Quantity Surveyors
Qualified Quantity Surveyors with minimum 8-15 years of hands on experience in post tender quantity take off, progress measurement, billing and change management for large integrated MEP projects.
