Institute of Neurosciences Kolkata (l-NK) awarded as the best single speciality Neuro Hospital in India, is looking (or two Research fellows for one of its collaborative Stroke project with Institute of Neurosciences, Newcastle University.
- Medical Doctor (MBBS or MD) with strong interest in stroke research and willing to commit for longer time would be desirable. Previous experience with quantitative MRI analysis would be an advantage. The candidate will work at l-NK but he/she will be required to visit UK for a 3 month period to train in experimental methods and computational skills.
- Basic Science Research Fellow a science postgraduate or engineering graduate with good mathematical and computational skills would be desirable. He/she will be required to visit Newcastle to learn experimental procedures and computational skills needed for the project.
