Maintaining proper records of all cases of theft and pilferage and take appropriate measures to prevent occurrence of such incidents. Sending incident reports to the Headquarters on all the matters affecting the operations or the overall work environment of the organization, in addition to periodical reports that may be prescribed from time to time. Ensuring discipline, efficiency and welfare of the staff working under him and keep the VP airports posted with such matters as deserve his attention.
