The online registrations for Common Admission Test (CAT), conducted for admissions to MBA programmes at Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and other institutes across the nation has begun and will continue till September 30. Candidates are required to log in to the official website in order to register for the session 2014.

Registration process:
Once candidates open the official link, they are required to choose one of the available options: 'Existing User' (in case they have already generated their User ID and password/ 'Register Now'.

If candidates click on 'Register Now' option, they are required to fill in the registration form to receive a User ID and password.
Candidates should insert their name, date of birth, e-mail address, country and mobile number and click on submit. This will complete the first step.

Thereafter, candidates will receive the User ID in the registered e-mail address and Password as SMS on the registered mobile number.
Candidates should then login using the User ID and password to complete the applications for CAT 2014.
They should provide the correct information as once the registration in complete, it cannot be changed.
IIM Indore will be conducting the CAT 2014 exam on November 16 and November 22. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, with at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA in order to apply.
