Applications are invited for appointment of One (01) Professor for Rajiv Gandhi Chair in Contemporary Studies. The University is looking for a person with academic outstanding track record who has made scholarship in the areas of: Nuclear Disarmament, Secularism & Nation Building and Social Justice, in the age group of 50 to 65 years. The pay band for the post is Rs. 37400 - 67000 + AGP 10000. Initially the appointment shall be for a period of 02 years which is likely to be extended for a further period of 03 years. The superannuated Professors may also apply and in their case Govt, of India rules for re-employment shall be applicable.
