Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission : For the execution of different schemes for the development of Mahadalits, State Govt. has established a Society called Bihar Mahadalit Development Mission under the Societies Registration Act, 1860.
Mahadalit Caste -  Bantar, Bauri, Bhogta, Bhuiya, Chaupal, Dabgar, Dom, Dhangad, Ghasi, Halalkhor, Hari, Mehtar, Bhangi, Kanjar, Kurariar, Lalbegi, Musahar, Nat, Pan, Swasi, Rajwar, Turi, Dhobi, Pasi, Chamar (All Caste of SC Except Paswan)

2. Security Guard - 3 Month
3. Retail & Sales Management - 3 Month
4. Spoken English - 3 Month
5. TV Mechanic - 3 Month
6. MS Office - 3 Month
7. TEOM - 3 Month
8. Beauty Culture - 3 Month
9. Plumbing- 3 Month
10. Mobile Repairing-  3 Month
11. Web Designing - 3 Month
12. DTH Installation - 3 Month
13. TVFR - 3 Month
14. Computer Hardware - 3 Month

This Training programme will be done on District Headquarter. Trainee will get 500/- Monthly Stipend within Training Period.
Selection Process : Selection through walk-in-interview & Marks Basis.
