In order to achieve business excellence and development of its people, Adhunik Group is looking for Group Head • Training & Development. Incumbent will drive the Training & Development Strategies and will be responsible for developing learning culture in the Group.
Ideal candidate should be Engineer, preferably MBA from institutes of repute with experience in heading Training & Development function in large, professionally managed organizations.
