JOB TITLE	PROJECT MANAGER
Purpose	Manage team to support and deliver large/medium sized projects using project management methodology and project management tools in coordination with other cross-functional teams/departments/stakeholders.
KEY RESULT AREAS	Manage and deliver all assigned projects as per agreed time frame, allocated budget and quality criteria Manage and take responsibility for any matrix dependencies, of the resources with other projects Suggest and review technical solutions for the requirements. Produce key documents specific to a project including project management plan/schedules etc. Regular tracking and reporting to all stakeholders of project progress (actual and reforecast) against project plans and KPI’s Execute project with compliance to processes throughout project life-cycle Co-ordinate with project team to ensure smooth delivery of project Develop risk mitigation plan and communicate to all stakeholders throughout project life-cycle Prepare ROI calculations and projected cost for solution deployment where ever applicable Ensure project/application anomalies resolution as per agreed SLA/MSA Analyse quality of service and suggest improvements Negotiate service contract criteria/internal service level agreements with various stakeholders Develop self and team’s expertise on relevant functional areas Coach team members on technical and business knowledge of application(s) Manage team and assign tasks on regular basis for the project team, and mentor team members
Educational Qualifications	B.E. in Computer Engineering or Science/MCA (regular course) in First Division from a recognized university/institute. MBA in first division from a recognized university/institute will be given preference. Working Knowledge of Punjabi and Gurmukhi script would be endured within a period of one year if not possessing it.
Experience	A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management in delivering large/medium sized Projects in Private or Public Sector Organisation
Desirable	PMP certification/certification in ITIL will be an added advantage.
Salary	Rs. 1,00,000 per month
Period	Upto 30/06/2014 initially
