Jobs Details :- Applications are invited On-line through the Proforma Application form to be made available on the Website (http://opsconline.gov.in) from 27.06.2013 to 31.07.2013
(Note: 03.08.2013 is the last date for payment of application fee) for
recruitment to 281(Two hundred eighty one) posts of Lecturers in the
following disciplines in (Group-A) of O.E.S. (College Branch) of
Government Degree Colleges of the State under Department of Higher Education.
1-Post Name : Lecturers
- Qualifications : Candidate should possess a Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade with a 2nd Class in the Bachelor’s Degree. Provided that candidates belonging to the Scheduled castes and Scheduled Tribes shall possess a Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University with at least 50% marks or its equivalent grade with a 2nd Class in the Bachelor’s Degree. NET shall remain the compulsory requirement for appointment as Lecturer for those with post-graduate degree, but the candidates having Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the provisions of the University Grant Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 on the concerned subjects shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility conditions of NET/SLET/SET.

- Age Limit : Candidate must be under 33 (thirty three) years and above 21 (twenty one) years of age on the 1st January 2013 i.e. he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd January 1980 and not later than 1st January 1992.
