Monrtoring & Evaluation Officer (DM&EO} under National Rural Health
Mission (NRHM) programme under aegis of Government of India. The Aim is to
strengthen the Management Information System capacities The DM&EO is
expected to improve the performance levels of the Public Health Infrastructure
and functionaries to make the system more responsive and transparent To
facilitate effective management, implementation and coordination of the
programme. MIS, candidate preferably from amongst the alumni of reputed
institutions.
Positron and
Remuneration : District Monitoring & Evaluation Officer - Post 01 (One) (Code: DU&EO) • Remuneration
: @Ra. 22,500/- per month
Position Requirement :- To ensure smooth and effective
planning.MlS and implementation of all NRHM
programme in the district in close co-ordination with the
District Magistrate CMO and
State Officials The ideal candidate
Should have Qualification of MCA/Information Technology/Office Management from reputed/recognised institute.
Candidates fulfilling the following attributes will be
given preference - 1. Minimum
Three (03) years relevant post qualification experience in Health Sector 2
Computer proficiency with high
level of familiarity with commonly used MS Office.
Advance Software
and Database packages.
3. Excellent ctal
and written communication & presentation
skills in English, Hindi and local language, 4
High initiative taking capacity
and familiarity with socio cultural and socio-economic conditions of the
respective state 5 Mobility across states is desirable and
candidates must be witling to relocate to
contiguous districts. 6 Experience of
working in the Health
Sector, 7 Experience in working with Government systems will be an added advantage
Contractual Terms :- Contracts
will be offered by Dtstnct Health Society and not Goi/GoB. Remuneration as
mentioned is all inclusive. Initial contract wJI be for a period of 2 years at a time based
on performance and continuation of the Scheme*
Duty station will be the
District Headquarter for this position.
