ADVERTISEMENT FOR APPOINTMENT OF ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUAL PROFESSIONALS FOR BIHAR STATE GANGA RIVER CONSERVATION PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT SOCIETY (BGCMS)

Expressions of Interest are invited from experienced eligible individual personnel on Contract for appointment in Bihar State Ganga River Conservation Programme Management Society (BGCMS). BGCMS has recently been established by Government of Bihar under “National Ganga River Basin Authority (NGRBA)” with the responsibility to accelerate urban infrastructure development works for towns along River Ganga in Bihar. The details of requirements and eligibility criteria are as under:-
1. Senior Environment Planner
Graduate Architect/ Planner with Masters in Environmental Planning with Min. 8 years of experience in renovation, rehabilitation and conservation of water bodies including their environmental management.
2. Solid Waste Management Specialist
Graduate Civil Engineer/ Planner or Post Graduate in Environmental Science with Min. 8 years of experience in solid waste management.
3. Sewerage and Sewage Specialist
Master’s degree in Env. Engg./ Env. Science/ Public Health Engg. with Min. 8 years of experience in wastewater management, preferably in sewerage networks design and construction.
4. IT Manager
Graduate Engineer in IT/Computer Engg./ Master’s degree in Computer Application with Min. 6 years of experience in IT management, preferably as lead officer in an organization
5. Economic / Financial Analysis Specialist
Post Graduate Degree in Economics or MBA (Finance) with Min. 6 years of experience in economic/financial analysis of infrastructure investments
6. Social Development Specialist
Post Graduate Degree in Sociology/ Social Science with Min. 6 years of experience in social management, preferably in preparing rehabilitation & resettlement plan for implementation of infrastructure projects
7. Executive Secretary
Graduate with 4 years relevant experience,
Good computer skills (esp. with common Office programs for word processing, spread sheets, presentations, internet searches)
Good typing and communications skills (Both Hindi and English)
Retired Personal Secretary of IAS/ Sr. BAS officer may also apply.
