For the employee of Govt. of Bihar/ Central Govt., Grade pay and deputation allowance will be applicable as per rules and BUIDCo Service Regulation-2010 ONLY ON DEPUTATION Willing and working Engineers (Civil) of Executive rank in Govt. of Bihar/State PSUs or in Central Govt./PSUs may apply with "NO OBJECTION' Certificate of their parent department/ organisation or through their parent department/ organisation.

Graduate Engineer (Civil) with at least 5 years experience in Infrastructure Development works. Project management experience desirable.

The specified essential qualification is the minimum and it does not mean that all candidates having the minimum qualification will be shortlisted. 14. The candidates having higher qualification and experience in similar field will be prerfered. 15. If education qualification, experience certificate, age proof certificate, residential certificate, cast certififace etc. found false/invalid or fake then not only their contract will be terminated but criminal case will also be made against them. The consolidated pay and all allowances made during such period against them will be reimbursed. 16. The candidates recruited on contract basis will not be treated as Govt. employee. After the recruitment they will not be entitled for the regularization of service. 17. BUIDCo reserves the right to shortlist candidates for interview. 18. Any disputes will be subject to the patna Jurisdiction only.
