Job Description:
* Provide on-site technical support for critical applications and installation.
* On site repairs
* Application telephone support
* Manage and resolve technical escalation initiated from partner and customers.
* Integrate and work closely with 3rd party vendors to provide a complete turnkey solution for client.
* Manage and resolve application issue via consultation with HQ and vendors in order to ensure customer satisfaction
* Assist in project management
* Provide training to dealers and customer
* Plan, co-ordinate and execute projects
* Scheduling and prioritizing various trips
* Prepare trip reports to ensure feedback of problems to the factory for corrective action
* Technical support for trade show
* Ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
* Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and basic HTML.

Skills & Abilities:

* Strong analytical, planning, people management and customer relation skills.
* Good written and oral language skills in English and should be able to speak in one of the local
* language.
* Self- starter works with minimum supervision, flair to learn the latest state of art technology in Projection systems, adaptable to work under pressure, positive attitude with pleasing personality.
* Knowledge of Projection technology will be an added advantage
* Posses Strong experience in managing technical enquiries
* Knowledge of test equipment for projection system.
* Willing to travel when necessary

Reporting Authority: Reports direct to the TSO Manager in India

Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or degree holder with minimum 3 years experience of relevant experience.
