Inviting applications for various post under Integrated Disease Surveillance Project (IDSP) State Health Society, Bihar under National Rural Health Mission invites applications from suitable career oriented professionals for the following post on contractual basis for Integrated Disease Surveillance Project (IDSP):-
1. Epidemiologist (at State HQs) (1) - UR - 1 - 35,000/-
2. Epidemiologist (at District HQs) (18) - UR - 6 - EBC - 4, SC - 6, ST - 0,BC - 1, -BC(F) - 1 -- 30,000/-
3. Data Manager (at District HQs) (5) - SC - 5,UR - 0,EBC - 0,ST - 0,BC - 0,BC(F) - 0 - 13,500/-
General Condition:-
1. Maximum age limit 45 years (As on 01.06.12).
2. The recruitment will be on contract basis for a period of 3 years which may be renewed every year based on performance & conduct of the consultant.
3. Reservation Roaster will be applicable as per Bihar govt. Norms.
4. Application fees is Rs. 500/- for applicants under General category, Rs. 300/- for BC/EBC and Rs. 250/- for SC/ ST candidates.
5. Candidate applying for more than one position needs to submit application form & application fee for each of the positions separately.
6. No application will be accepted without submission of application fee.
7. Original Bank Draft (Application Fee) drawn on any nationalized bank and payable at Patna favoring "State Health Society, Bihar" should be sent along with application.
8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
9. No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview for any position.
