General Condition:-
1. Maximum age limit for the post at Sl. No. 2 is 50 years and for other posts maximum age limit is 40 years.(As on 30.04.12)
2. The recruitment will be on contract basis for a period of one year
which may be renewed every year based on performance & conduct of
the consultant.
3. Application fees is Rs. 500/- for applicants under General category, Rs. 300/- for BC/EBC and Rs. 250/- for SC/ ST candidates.

A. For Community Health Centres under NPHCE
1. Job title: Rehabilitation Worker
No. of Position – 6 (UR-03, EBC-01, SC-01 & BC-01)
Essential Qualifications:
1) 10+2 or equivalent qualification
2) One and half year certificate course of Multi Rehabilitation
worker or Community Based Rehabilitation Worker from a recognized
institute.
3) Registered as Rehabilitation Personnel under Rehabilitation Council of India Act 1992.
Desirable: At least 1 year relevant experience of working in a Hospital.
Job requirements/responsibilities:
1) To manage and follow up patients requiring physiotherapy services.
2) To make domiciliary visits for providing physiotherapy services to bedridden patients.
3) To counsel patient and their family about risk factors of NCDs.
4) Any other job assigned by concerned officers.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (as on 30.04.12).
Remuneration: Rs. 15,000/month (consolidated).
B. For District Hospitals under NPHCE
1. Job title: Consultant Medicine

Essential Qualifications & Experience
1. MD in Medicine or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Medical Council of India.
Desirable: At least 5 years relevant experience of working as a specialist in a district level or above hospital. (Preference would be given to longer experiences).
Job requirements/responsibilities:
1) To examine and manage health care needs of the elderly.

1) To assist Medical Officers/consultants in management and follow-up
of elderly patients attending the OPD and admitted in the Geriatric
Ward.
2) To assist in planning and management of Geriatric camps in PHCs/CHCs and other sites.
3) To counsel patients and their family members about risk factors of NCDs.
Age limit: Maximum 40 years (as on 30.04.12).
Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/month (consolidated).

1) To maintain cleanliness and hygiene in OPD and in-patient department.
2) To provide adequate sanitary care to patients..
