S/he must possess the skill of typing with speed not less than 40 wpm in English & 30 wpm in Hindi. The applicant with expertise in short hand (Hindi/English) in addition to the mentioned qualification will be preferred. Assist respective OSD / SPMs and PMs to whom they are assigned for the day to day work. 12000-15000 PM 14. District Programme Manager     38 Gen – 19 EBC – 7 SC – 6 BC – 5 EBC(F) – 1 Post Graduate Degree OR Diploma in Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social work / MBA from any recognized university in India or abroad with at least 4 years of post qualification relevant Programme Management experience in India preferably Bihar/ Eastern / Northern India. Candidate with Post graduate Degree in any of the above fields will be preferred. Under advice and guidance of the SPM and heads of other technical units (viz. SPM (Financial Management), SPM (HR Reforms), SPM (MIS & IT), SPM ( Nutrition Capacity Building) and SPM (Social Development); manage and monitor the day-to-day implementation of the annual action plans Undertake any other task as may be assigned by the GM (NMU) and other SPMs from time to time Provide support and assistance to district and block level ICDS personnel in the implementation and monitoring of the ICDS and SWASTH programmes Identify areas of convergence with other governmental departments at the grassroots levels to ensure meeting of the district’s nutrition goals Manage the functioning of the District Accounts Officer and the District MIS & IT Officer 30000-40000 PM 15.
