As a part of its growth strategy to create a future pipeline of academic leaders in Management IMT invites applications for its unique Future Academic Leadership Programme (FALP).
IMT looks forward to receiving applications from innovative and entrepreneurial professionals of around 30 years age, who are interested in pursuing a career in academics.
Candidates should have a successful track record in industry with six to seven years of relevant work experience in the above domains
The candidates must be either doctoral graduates and/or postgraduates (preferably MBAs/PGDMs) from premier institutions of India or abroad.
FALP ensures academic development by exposure to global best practices in teaching and research to facilitate completion of doctoral work (wherever applicable). Selected candidates will be required to play an active role in teaching, research, industry integration and institution-building for a period of four years
On completion of the doctoral work and at the end of four years or earlier, candidates will be placed in suitable academic positions up to the level of an Associate Professor in one of the IMT campuses
