THE DIRECTOR
Profile:
i. The candidate should have high Academic credentials with a Doctoral degree and first class in the preceding degree. The candidate should have around 20 years of work experience in a leading business school / corporate world or government, out of which the candidate should have been on the position of Professor for atfeast 10 years.
ii. The candidate should have demonstrated competencies in institution building, academic leadership and administrative roles.
i. Preference would be given to the individuals who have worked as Head of an Institution/CEO for about 3 years.
iv Age as on June 20, 2017: Preferably not more than 60 years.
Compensation Package:
The basic salary of the Director, MDI would be Rs. 80,000/- (fixed) along with usual allowances and benefits at par with leading institutions, like IIMs & NTs. The remuneration and other incentives are negotiable and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
Director would be entitled for a large and spacious bungalow on the campus (1000 sq. mtrs. with built up area of 340 sq. mtrs.) and a chauffeur driven car for which nominal deductions would be made as per rules.
