Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) is embarking upon a major recruitment exercise of recruiting Law Graduates in E1 grade. Candidates interested to joining as Law Graduates should appear for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2017 test  for LLM candidates :

Vacancy :

    Assistant Legal Advisors : 15 posts (UR-9, OBC-3, SC-2, ST-1) (PH-2) in E1 level, Experience : 2 years, Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent – full time programme) from recognized Indian Universities / Institutes with 60% marks or above (55% pass marks for SC/ST/PH),  Participating advocates with 3 years experience would be preferred. Age : 30 years. Relaxation in  age as per rules. , Payments : Candidates will be selected as Law Officers in grade ‘A’ and pay scale will be Rs.20600-46500


CLAT 2017 :  

Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)
is a non-statutory body created under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the convenience of the students seeking admission to various National Law Universities in the country.  The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), is an all India common entrance examination, conducted on rotational basis by 18 National Law Universities (NLUs) for admissions to their UG  (L.Lb.) and PG degree programmes (LLM). There are 18  NLUs are participating in the admission process through CLAT 2017.


Candidates for the posts of Assistant Legal Advisors need to appear in Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) – 2017, Only CLAT-2017 score is valid for this recruitment exercise for the posts of Assistant Legal Advisor. The last date for receipt of filled-in CLAT-2017 application form  is 31/03/2017. Details of CLAT 2017 available at http://www.clat.ac.in.
