is looking for a DIRECTORIndian institute ol Cralts & Design (IICD) is an autonomous Institute, sel-up by Government of Rajasthan to develop human resources (or the Crafl Sector. Presently, the Institute is being managed by Ambuja Educational Institute (AEI) under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model
IICD is looking foradynamic. self-motivated, Director who will assume an ongoing leadership role in the Institutes direction and growth. He / she will be responsible (or promoting IICD as a creator of quality design professionals, specializing in crafts.
Responsibilities
• Will oversee the administration, academic programmes and coordinate curriculum and faculty development.
• Will develop and implement a business plan designed to promote growth.
• Will endorse strong promotional programs to increase intake capacity of the Institute and attract the best talent
• Will liaise with Government organizations/department, NGOs and others to take up development projects In the Crafts & Design sectors
Candidate Rsqulrsmsnts
• Should be highly motivated individual possessing Master in Design and previous administrative experience with atleast 10-15 years in design oriented organizations or educational institutions and a good understanding of design/fashion, arts & crafts industry.
• Should have demonstrated results-driven philosophy of management with ability to plan, prioritize and achieve the goals and objectives of strategic and operational plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively.
• Age-45years and above
t> Ability to lead learn of Faculty & Design Professionals.
• Remuneration : 1.5 lakh (Negotiable and comparable to best in the field) * accommodation ♦ Car
