Many young graduates are interested to apply for the upcoming bank exams & other competitive exams for govt jobs.But there is an equal amount of interest for jobs in private organizations as well such as ICICI Bank.

ICICI Bank, india`s largest private sector bank conducts the ICICI Manipal PO recruitment in tieup with Manipal University, every year.Through this training-cum-recruitment programme, individuals are chosen for a 1 year PG diploma in banking course & on successful completion, appointed as Assistant Manager in ICICI Bank.

ICICI Bank PO Test Results Out

As a first step, all those who submitted their applications online are invited for an online aptitude test that was held at various centres across india.Since the training process is held throughout the year, selection happens in batches.

The bank has published a list of 1676 candidates who have passed in the online aptitude test held during July/ August 2016.

The file containing the name of qualifiers & roll numbers can be downloaded from their website here (.pdf)

As per the official notice, these individuals are allotted for February 2017 batch.

It also says that further details will be informed to successful candidates through mail.So if you find your name in the list, make sure to check your emails regularly (including spam/ junk folder)

What is Next?

The aptitude test results have deen declared.If you are wondering about what is going to happen next, here are the remaining stages of ICICI bank PO recruitment.
  • Online Psychometric Assessment
  • Group Discussion (GD)
  • Personal Interview (PI)
Psychometric Assessment: This test will contain objective questions on how you react to certain situations in real life.Based on your answers, the bank will analyse your decision making & reasoning abilities.

Be yourself & answer the assessment casually.We are not sure of how & when this test would be held.Wait for the information in your mail.

GD & Interview: Both are conducted on the same day but only who clear GD can appear for personal interviews.

A group discussion session lasts for 20 – 30 minutes which is monitored by a panel of 2 – 4 officials.All members in a group are alloted time to talk on the given topic.
