SBI Clerk Mains Result 2016 Declaration Under Process; Says Official Notice

SBI clerk mains result 2016 report: Finally, State Bank of India (SBI) has officially given aspirants something to ponder about, a notification saying that the results of SBI clerk mains exam which was held on June 25 and June 26 is under process and will be announced on finalization. But does that mean there will no interviews? remains to be seen.

State Bank of India SBI clerk mains result 2016On September 7, 2016 after the candidates’ been mulling over, worried and anxious about the prolonged delay in the results, looks like SBI heard the collective plea of lakhs of candidates as it released an official notification addressing the same issue. Here’s what the official notification says,

“The result of the examination for the recruitment of Junior Associates (JA) and Junior Agricultural Associates (JAA) in Clerical Cadre in State Bank of India, held on 25.06.2016 and 26.06.2016, is still under process and will be published on finalization. We request all the aspirants who had appeared in the above exam to kindly bear with us”.

So that’s it folks. Going by the above notice, SBI clerk mains result 2016 can be expected to be declared within next few days or, weeks. In my opinion, the result might be published before the end of this month.

However, as SBI said that SBI clerk result of Mains exam will be out after finalization, does that rule out the possibility of holding interviews? Its quite possible now that there will be no interview in SBI clerk this time and it is expected that SBI is going to post final result (with allotment). According to this stipulation, the SBI clerk mains result declaration will nearly 4 months from the date of examination just like IBPS, which hints that result might be out around October first week or few days before.

There were speculations that SBI may introduce a new tier exam to replace the interview process since SBI’s the first to mostly introduce new system of recruitment. It goes back to when SBI introduced preliminary exam in the recruitment process, then sectional timing, then removed computer section as well. And since SSC has also made it’s recruitment process 4-tiered and even RRB has introduced a 2nd stage examination for NTPC posts, it seemed obvious that SBI could come up with something new.

But now as the official notification says; kindly bear with SBI until it notified further on the topic.
