AURO University seeks to appoint a new Provost who will serve as the academic leader of a fast expanding and innovative University and lead the process of institution building by working closely with the President and the University's Boards. The Provost will be responsible for the overall development, research and institutional advancement, financial management, and the future strategic direction of the University. In this role, the Provost will embrace the University's Vision. Mission and Values, bringing thought-leadership, commitment and energy to all of his/her responsibilities As such, therefore, the Provost will be the spokesperson for the University* distinctive Vision, and serve as its ambassador internationally.

The candidate must have an international outlook, strong executive capabilities, and an approachable, transparent leadership style The ideal candidate will possess an innovative and nimble strategic approach that provides the University with dynamic, proactive and visionary leadership to help enhance its stature both nationally and internationally.
The Provost should possess a doctorate or other high academic qualification with at least 10 years of experience as Dean/Professor in a University system, or similar experience in an equivalent position in a reputed research and/or academic organization. International academic engagement will be considered a valuable asset
